Room for rent in the heart of downtown reno. I own a condo in the Beverly Tower on the 10th floor. It's a 2 bedroom condo with two separate areas with one bedroom on one side and the other one on the other side. I'm only in town 1-2 nights a week and I'm hardly ever at the apartment. When I am at the apartment I will only use 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. I don't even use the kitchen. This is a roommate situation with me being out of town 80% of the time. The finishes are very nice with solid surface countertops and wood floors. Perfect for a student or professional.
