General
Summary:
The Corporate Facilities Mail Room Lead is responsible for coordinating all Corporate mail room functions.
Provides technical skills to resolve all mail room discrepancies and mail issues.
Manages the File Retrieval System.
Leads the mail room while remaining in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols.

Reports to:
Manager of Property and Facilities

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:

  • Mail room operations
  • Assist with maintaining the Neopost/Quadient, Fed-Ex , USPS, and DHL processes and business relations with these service providers
  • Confidential File Retrieval System
  • Achieve assigned goals and objectives
  • Provide leadership and training to the Mail Room Staff
  • Maintain adequate mail room stock inventory and order items as necessary
  • Co-ordinate with Manager for absences of mail room associates
  • Drive company vehicles on and off the property
  • Informal meetings with customers
  • Problem shipments
  • Work extended hours as required
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Impeccable Customer Service to DBI associates and external vendors regarding all mail processes
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred
Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3
    years in Mail Room operations with strong understanding of same
.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
