Collaborate with the Veteran Experience Coordinator in establishing and implementing policies and procedures and assures that programs and services are incompliance with patient's rights. Serves as a member directly supporting the top management team responsible for planning, organization, development, direction, and evaluation of medical center administration. Assists patients, families, and representatives and facility staff in recognizing and removing institutional barriers to the provision of optimum health care to veterans. Identifying existing and potential problem areas. Suggesting solution or alternatives to existing procedures which contribute to these problems. Develop and synthesize data from a variety of sources and prepare reports To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 11/18/2020. Time-In-Grade Requirement:
Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-07 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-05. The grade may have been in any occupation, but must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide an additional SF-50 that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade. Note:

Minimum Qualifications for a GS-7 Position:
Specialized Experience GS-7:
You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-5 in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to:
Coordination of clinical trainee programs; Experience in contract management; experience in providing personnel support for clinicians in a healthcare setting; experience in process improvement; Data management and analytics. OR, Education:
Applicants may substitute education for the required experience. To qualify based on education for this grade level you must have 1 full year of graduate level education. (NOTE:

Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at this level. You must have an combination of specialized experience and education beyond 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree. To determine how much of the qualifying experience and education you have, as a percentage of what is required for each. Add the percentages together, and if the total is 100% or more, then the combination education and experience is qualifying for the position. EXAMPLE:

Physical Requirements:
The work will involve using a laptop computer at docking stations in staff cubicles/office space, outpatient treatment rooms, and group/conference rooms. The work will involve walking around to different workspaces within the clinic and thus conveying a patient-centered environment where providers go to the patient. The physical demands include presenting oneself in a energetics ways to create positive attitudes about health and well-being foe Veterans, families, VA employees and stakeholders. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
