Job Description
Internet Sales Coordinator Summary of Position:
The Sales Coordinator will support and assist the Internet Team in generatingand maintaining a robust sales pipeline through the use of internet-generatedleads. Accountable for providing a TDHexperience for all internet-generated customer traffic.
Principal Duties and
Responsibilities:
Create a positive interactive experience for our internet customers through the use of email, on-line Live Chat with Co-browsing technologies
Provide immediate or same-day email or telephone response to all internet customer requests with a targeted goal of a one-hour turnaround for all initial correspondence
Educating internet customers on current and future community and product offerings and, create desire for internet customers to visit our WHC's.
Assist in managing and distributing electronic marketing collateral to prospective customers who visit Lennar's website
Create and effectively manage the internet customer database
Work with I-NHC in developing tracking and reporting tools to manage the internet prospecting process and provide transparency of daily activities
Create and maintain community reference binders for each active and upcoming community
Assist Marketing Department in updating website with current information on new community and product offerings, Home of the week promotions, and homes available for immediate move-in
Provide feedback to Marketing Department on the creation of electronic marketing collateral material
Coordinate with Marketing Department on the execution of Marketing E-blast campaigns or other internet based marketing initiatives
Have a competent understanding of the Division's product and community offerings at all times
Accept additional duties and responsibilities as identified by Supervisor
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Current/Active Real Estate License
Strong Computer Skills required
Strong command of the English language
Effective writing skills
Must have extensive internet exposure and/or internet consumer experience
High School diploma required, some college preferred
Previous sales experience preferred
Escrow and mortgage financing a plus
Ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years experience in the homebuilding industry
Physical Requirements: This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials, equipment and supplies weighting 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and telephone equipment, extensive phone and computer communication with customers is required. Must have a valid Driver's License, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation. Additional Requirements:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
