Print Production Supervisor
Industry leader and global supplier of flexible packaging products is expanding their manufacturing operations. The NV plant is searching to hire a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift.
Duties include:
Managing the day to day operations of wide web flexographic pressroom, laminating, slitting/rewinding and pouch making operations on 2nd shift.
Will direct, train and mentor production employees using companies policies and procedures.
Responsible for meeting production quotas on time and according to client quality standards.
Qualifications include:
Min. of 5 - 7 years' leadership experience in web print manufacturing operations.
Must have solid communication skills; both verbal and written.
Must be able to multi- task several projects in a busy manufacturing environment.
Starting base salary range $55,000 - $65,000
a very competitive benefits program, 401k match and relocation package.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
