Assist the Executive Director in general operations, including but not limited to:
Evaluation and improvement of business practices.
Facility and enrollment.
Future expansion projects.
Evaluation and improvement of HR practices.
Professional Development planning.
Effective facility use planning.
Coordination and evaluation of the in-service and end-of-year meetings.
Initiate and/or participate in outreach activities for PR.
Facilitate collaboration among administrators and staff.
Assist the Executive Director in evaluating and improving the current academic practices and policies:
Assist the site administrators in analyzing and interpreting the student data.
Assist the site administrators in analyzing and interpreting the teacher evaluation data.
Assist the site administrators in evaluating the instruction and assessment practices.
Develop a strategic plan to ensure high academic standards.
Monitor the implementation of key academic policies, provide feedback by preparing and presenting evaluation reports.
Ensure that the curriculum is aligned with the common core state standards; provide feedback.
Be aware of the trending best practices, do comparison analyses, determine and implement the school's academic priorities.
Update the school improvement plan and monitor its implementation.
One year of experience as an Education Administrator.
Masters Degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction or related.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
