Position Purpose:
Under the direction and/or guidance of the IT Senior Leadership, this position is responsible for the supervision of individuals who perform analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of new and existing application systems used by Renown Health entities. Additional responsibilities include building, testing and support of file and system changes within assigned products and scope.
Nature and Scope:
The Supervisor of System Configuration and Support is responsible for the development of an Environment Control Plan to assure the security and integrity of all environments. The plan will incorporate production and non-production change management standards. The incumbent is responsible for communicating changes and downtime to both internal and external staff. This team will be responsible to publish and adhere to change management, application testing, environment refresh, and data migration and rebuild schedules. Development of scripts to automate migration tasks and the movement of changes through the environments would be the responsibility of this team.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Production and maintenance of an ongoing inventory of each environment and having knowledge of what is in each environment including version level.
Clearly defined and documented testing and data migration plan between environments.
Providing instruction and guidance to management and information workers to ensure effective and efficient use of system resources.
Overseeing and facilitating meetings with customers to prioritize needs, set expectations and bring new functionality/design for review.
Having a solid understanding of business and operations aspects within Renown Health entities, and the software/hardware used.
Demonstrating a solid understanding of Data Architecture and Integration concepts and strategies with experience in designing data integration solutions.
Investigating end users preference to help make build decisions that include the needs of the organization and user community including navigating choices involved in application specifications.
Developing and overseeing clear and concise process flows and supporting documentation for business owners and units.
Setting and adhering to standards for naming and numbering conventions, change control and security classifications.
Creating and maintaining detailed build documentation.
Troubleshooting problems and questions from end users.
For all systems, the incumbent will provide accurate and timely project status reporting to ensure compliance with established timeliness and recording of allocated work hours.
This position has the authority to make necessary corrections to problems and prioritize projects.

Minimum
Qualifications: Requirements - Required and/or Preferred
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related fields will receive preference, but is not required. Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English.
Experience:
A minimum of two years supervisory or management experience. A minimum of three years experience in systems analysis, application design, development and maintenance is required. In addition a minimum of three years experience with databases, and/or data resource management is also required. Preference will be given to individuals with experience in health insurance, healthcare systems or multiple and cross platform database environments. Working knowledge of Epic Clarity, Chronicles, Cache, Siemens Openlink, SQL or other databases is desirable.

MCTS, SQL Server 2005 or greater preferred but not required.
Computer / Typing:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
