CARGO PRODUCTION MANAGER
The Cargo Production Manager will assist the GM in overseeing a non-union, growing manufacturing plant near Reno, NV (about 167 miles NE) . A lot of production, working with metals, paint, etc. BIG on safety, OSHA, and environmental concerns.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the GM in the Hiring, Development and Management of Plant Personnel
Assist GM in educating/training plant associates, HR, industrial engineering, product development, safety, production enhancements and profitability
Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Must Have
Energetic Personality
Ability to Multi-Task
Hands-On Management Style
Results Oriented Mentality
Possess Skills in All Facets of Manufacturing Plant Management
BS degree highly desired but not required
Manufacturing experience a must -- preferably metal fabrication (but not required)
Plant Manager level experience desired of a multi-faceted operation
Managing an operation in excess of $30 million
Looking for experience/exposure with these and more -- Lean Manufacturing, 5S, JIT, TQC, etc.
