REPORTING SPECIALIST:
Responsible for preparing and ensuring accuracy of reports on operational data and metrics. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Conducts research required to verify report accuracy.
Manipulates and enters data to prepare required reports.
Ensures relevance and accuracy of reporting.
REPORTING SPECIALIST SENIOR:
Responsible for researching and collecting data for complex and substantially varied issues and situations. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Identifies data resources.
Collects data.
Summarizes data and creates and/or updates various reports as decision support tools for management.
Leads or participates in special initiatives including projects, meetings, conference calls or oversight of temporary help.
Ensures that resulting process changes are in compliance with appropriate guidelines.
Provide training to others within area on changes.
Monitors area performance and meets with managers to provide feedback.
REPORTING SPECIALIST:
Requires a H.S. diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Written and oral communication skills required. Good PC office software and keyboard skills required.
REPORTING SPECIALIST SR:
Requires a HS diploma and 2 additional years of related education and five years experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Ability to develop and modify SQL queries preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and PC skills required.
