o Follow verbal and written instructions
o Guest relations
o Communicate
o Read and follow recipe
o Cook in large quantities (batch cooking)
o Maintain cleanliness of the work station
o Rotation of product
o Dating of product
o Set-up the line
o Bring up orders and put them away
o Good will ambassadors of Atlantis
o Positive attitude
o Team player
o Be able to lift 50 pounds safely
o Be able to stand 90% of the time
o Knife skills
o Be able to use various types of kitchen equipment
o Ability to multi-task
o Breakdown and clean equipment
o General knowledge of food and safety sanitation standards
o Work in a fast paced environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
