Key Responsibilities include: Performing general cleaning assignments in apartments, hallways, and common areas
Participating in annual cleaning schedules
Light housekeeping for senior apartments including vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning floor and countertops, dusting open surfaces, cleaning bathrooms and removing trash
Preparing apartments for move-in as assigned
Utilizing cleaning chemicals properly and safely in accordance with department guidelines
Informing supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED
1 year of housekeeping experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in fast paced environment
