The Office of Statewide Initiatives at the University of Nevada School of Medicine is accepting applications for the position of Health Services Research Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, conduct, and coordination of a variety of health professions research and analysis including but not limited to rural health workforce supply and demand analysis, program and project evaluation, rural hospital patient and employee satisfaction surveys, community health care needs assessments, monitoring and tracking systems development for health care and hospital performance improvement including online survey construction and data analysis, and overall health services data collection.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution with emphasis in public health, health services research, public policy analysis, or a related field, and two years experience, or Master's degree and one year of experience in a research position involving the preparation of technical reports, publications, and policy analysis.
The Office of Statewide Initiatives has a statewide presence with offices located in Reno, Elko, and Las Vegas, Nevada. This position will be located at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in northern Nevada, on the eastern slope of the Sierra Mountains and just 30 minutes from Lake Tahoe.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
