The OEM Supply Chain Team is a global team that strives to provide best in class service (CPE) to all MS OEM customers in the areas of Physical and Digital fulfillment, reverse engineering/returns, support of new launches and the management of multiple programs including but not limited to Authorized Replicators, Authorized Disc Provider, Secure Print Vendor among others. Historically, the OEM Supply Chain has been distinguished by providing continuous execution and performance on the delivery of physical components thru partnership with Authorized Replicators spread across the globe to secure that Millions of units are delivered in a safe, fast and with the highest level of quality to our customers. Position Description:
This OEM Supply Chain Manager position plays an important role in managing multiple key programs targeted to integrate the evolution of the physical supply chain to a simpler, leaner and effective Digital Supply Chain model. The role provides the ability to create direct impact to our eco-system of OEMs defining the new way of driving solutions allowing the opportunity to work with customers to envision and drive the implementation of solutions into the Supply Chain programs. It is expected to have the ability to understand, clearly communicate and reflect specific customer needs and maintain focus and emphasis towards creating solutions that will create positive impact to our customers satisfaction (CPE). Considering the global nature of the Supply Chain team, the selected candidate will require to drive strong cross group collaboration while having the ability to interact across various time zones, the cross group collaboration requirement will also be applicable while facing internal interactions with various Microsoft teams as well as externally with MS vendors and partners

The selected candidate will be responsible of driving key projects focused on establishing the basis for 2-3 years strategy driving the evolution of OEM Physical and Digital capabilities while also demonstrating how to lead with the growth hacking attitude thru all OEM channels. This will be accomplished by creating the infrastructure for the next generation of Supply Chain, manage key global operational programs in the area of fulfillment including but not limited to Embedded and breadth channels and landing projects that will define strategic guidance in how the organization should tackle the challenges associated with dynamic eco-system and with a strong sense of collaboration.

Additional responsibilities will include providing guidance and coaching in support of and assisting with the delivery of manufacturing and distribution solutions for licensed OEM, ODR and Embedded customers in the Americas while ensuring the best practices are spread at a global level. Other areas of responsibility are to ensure that OEM products are manufactured and distributed through approved and licensed third party manufacturers.

The selected Program Manager will drive several important projects focused on creating the infrastructure for the next generation of Supply Chain, manage key global operational programs in the area of fulfillment including but not limited to Embedded and breadth channels, and projects that will define strategic guidance in how the organization should tackle the challenges associated with an ever-changing eco-system with a strong sense of collaboration.

Responsibilities:
Lead portfolios of project(s) around Physical and Digital Supply Chain programs
Management of performance and execution of MS fulfillment and programs partners
Lead manufacturing and distribution solutions for OEM customers
Ensure rigorous compliance with MS Control guidelines applicable to internal and external partners
Identify Continuous improvement opportunities on CPE and Execution Excellence

Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Operations Management, Engineering or equivalent industry experience
A minimum of 7 years of experience managing programs in a matrix organization
A minimum of 3 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment

Preferred
Qualifications:
MBA is a plus
