Position Purpose:
This position assists with a variety of assigned projects under the guidance of senior staff. The position will develop an understanding of the assigned department and health care administration profession.
Nature and Scope:
Depending upon business needs, position may be exposed to a variety of business functions through project-based assignments. Senior staff will review and oversee any work product or project.Position will perform all aspects of assignments as needed.

Minimum
Qualifications:Requirements - Required and/or Preferred
Education:
Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English.Junior or Senior class standing in pursuit of bachelors in business, or MBA students. College-level knowledge of the English language, including the ability to read, write, and speak English at college level.
Experience:
Previous experience in a business environment helpful, but not necessary. Internship in Human Resources department.

Computer / Typing:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook,PowerPoint, Excel and Word andhave the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.40 WPM.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
