Responsibilities :
This position is part of the IT Application Support team with primary responsibilities for development and support of the Enovia/Matrix PLM Application, used by the engineering departments and other business groups.
Analyze, debug and fix issues raised by business users. Issues could be with PLM application or related to Matrix application's interface with other applications.
Implement enhancement as per business need using process defined by group and as per SDLC or Agile Methodology.
Preparation of specifications, maintain server and build information or any other documentation as per need.
Secondary responsibilities include the support of other engineering and corporate applications. This includes upgrades, performance monitoring, recovery and general user support issues.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent required
5-10 years of experience in IT application development or support with 3-5 years of experience in Enovia/Matrix applications.
Experience with Engineering and library central in V6 environment
Development experience using Java, TCL, J2EE, JSP and knowledge of a development environment like Eclipse.
Experience with HTML 5, XSL, and XML.
Administration of SQL server and SQL scripting in context of Enovia/Matrix application is a plus.
Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Excellent organizational skills, good oral and written communication skills, and a high-level of interpersonal and leadership skills
