Description

Responsibilities:

Integral position, within the Global Order Fulfillment department, that will identify and investigates opportunities for efficiency gains through improved data gathering or processing; drives cross functional initiatives; develops databases / reports / tools to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.
Provides dedicated data reporting and analytical support for the Order Fulfillment & Operations Department, using a combination of SAP (ABAP and Business Warehouse), Sales , Serena, Access and Microsoft Suite tools.
Responsible for the development and maintenance of database tools that consolidate and report operational data in support of business decisions.
Participates in large projects such as company integrations, system implementations (including design development and testing), and process improvements including initiating, planning, researching, executing, controlling and implementing the project.
Provides project plan, reporting, statistics, and executive summaries as required for management.
Recognizes deviations from best in class business practices and takes or recommends appropriate next steps.
Complete interviews of end user staff to determine specific requirements for assigned projects.
Analyze data to aid in making both immediate and long term procedural decisions, including forecasts and follow up analyses to measure performance improvements.
Develop new reports that measure results of business activity at various organizational group levels.
Verifies accuracy of data collection and analysis processes to ensure continuity between assumptions and actual activity.
Attends and coordinates meetings involving BW and other IT improvements.
Serve as point person with IT and global operations.
Responsible for mentoring less experienced personnel.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
8 years of experience in Business Analysis.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficient with several ERP with emphasis on integrated system knowledge (SAP, , Serena, etc.).
Knowledge of company-wide processes affecting financial statements inclusive of Sarbanes and ISO controls.
Ability to analyze controls and processes affecting the sales order cycle and implement company-wide solutions and policies.
Proficiency with SAP, including order entry, variant configuration, intercompany processes, and traffic/transportation.
Knowledge of the multiple IGT sales order management workflows including product roll out, order to cash cycle, production cycle, shipping and compliance cycles is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/orders with attention to detail.
Ability to create and communicate executive summary power point presentations.
Must possess professional demeanor and be willing to travel.
