CTGHS is looking for outstanding individuals with significant experience to fill the following specifications:
We have a need for a Surgery Information Systems Technical Support Analyst.
General Clinical Support:
Manage performance issues and open cases with SIS Application Support and TSC
Manage support issues with Windows, Citrix and Network.
Act as primary issue coordinator between customers and back-end issues reported by customers.
Have hands-on experience managing and remediating application performance issues.
Ability to troubleshoot slowness and engage required groups to assist with system slowness remediation.
Deploy new servers and test applications. Including post application testing following Windows and other updates.
Ability to monitor status of customer tickets with SIS Application Support assistance.
Weekly SIS meetings with the customer to remediate incidents with the Ricoh corporation and printer driver issues.
SIS COM Boards:
Ensure servers are up and running smoothly. Desktop has scripted so that if a machine is rebooted, it will automatically restart.
Experience opening tickets with SIS Application Support when things not displaying correctly.
Validates SCM Board functionality and validates applications on each Citrix server.
SCM Support:
Assists with all weekly and monthly application downtime scheduling.
Ensure EICU(Electronic ICU) functionality
Prints and distributes care plans as required.
Onsite resource to interact with customers and ensure production is running smooth.
Coordinate change requests with the Citrix server team, including Citrix upgrades and Imprivata SSO client as well.
## Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience Include:
3 to 5 years experience as a Surgery Information Systems Technical Support Analyst.
Well versed with special SIS clinical application print drivers which are needed for Richo printers.
Knowledge of how printing and Citix works for the SIS environment.
Ability to support the application 24x7 365 days
