Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is currently accepting for Fine Dining Food Servers with at least 3 years of Fine Dining experience, preferably with table side service. The Food Server is responsible for creating the overall guest experience, taking food/beverage orders, carrying out wine/beverage service, performing table maintenance, completing side work, maintaining health code standards, and providing excellent customer service for our guests according to Atlantis'' standards.
Must have a positive attitude.
Ability to carry at least three plates at one time.
Greet guests immediately and thank guests upon departure.
Knowledge of food/alcohol/safety regulations.
Seafood and wine/alcohol knowledge.
Experience with POS systems.
Must be able obtain a Alcohol Card.

Must be able obtain an Alcohol Card.
Ideal candidates must have proper etiquette for dinner service with extensive knowledge of wines. Must have ability to communicate with Guests, Staff and Management. Must be at least 21.
