SAP Business Analyst

Analyze business process improvement opportunities to implement and improve business process using SAP functionalities. Work as part of a project team, to assist in the analysis of user requirements and business process improvement opportunities; assist in the development and implementation of new or revised business processes using associated SAP functionality.
Coordinate and interact with the business users and internal customers to assemble project requirements, design functional specifications, process testing and user training procedures.
Efficiently communicate with the business users and internal customers to clarify business requirements, configure in the SAP IMG, test the solutions provided, document the complete process and support the business operations. Demonstrate not only written and oral communication skills but also experience to effectively plan resource and tasks, make decisions, deliver results, build effective relationships, and stay current with relevant technology and innovation. Work on new and modified business process improvement projects using SAP and/or related technologies. Participate in interviews of end user staff to determine specific requirements for assigned projects, support the performance of system configuration tasks for assigned solutions and provide user support including troubleshooting, debugging, and updating functional specifications and processing requirements. Apply specific area of specialization to support enhancing work of team (e.g., configuration, performance / efficiency analysis, emerging technology evaluation) Demonstrate basic knowledge in the content areas of business best practices, SAP system configurations and related functionality, IS system design, programming, debugging and troubleshooting, documentation and implementation standards, client organizations business processes, system authorization concepts.
Employer will accept Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field and 1 year of work experience in job offered or in a SAP-related or business systems-related occupation. Experience may be gained concurrently.
Education or experience must include:
1. SAP TERP 10 Certification
2. SAP configuration Materials Management, Production planning, Financial accounting and Controlling modules
3. SAP system troubleshooting
4. Materials management business process implementation and documentation
5. Procurement business process implementation and documentation
6. Warehouse business process implementation and documentation
7. Business Process Troubleshooting
8. Supply chain management such as material purchasing processes
9. ERP systems experience
10. Software applications including Visio, Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Workspace
