Job Description
This position solves problems, addresses requirements and creates efficiencies
pertaining to MiCloud Solutions through:
Voice Network Design and implementation support
Voice Network troubleshooting
High touch customer support
Installs current OS on new or existing devices and/or installs communication
equipment including routers, switches, SBCs and Firewalls
Installs and troubleshoots software on networking devices.
Provides phone support to employees or customers relative to networking
technology, specifically VOIP related.
Analyzes network topologies to determine potential issues and makes
suggestions for recommended changes.
Assists with the preparation of network assessments and certifications.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree preferred but equivalent combination of formal education and
directly related work experience is acceptable.
CCNA - Voice
SSCA - SIP Certification
Major Network vendor accreditations (Cisco/HP/Brocade/VmWare/Ingate)
Mitel Product Certifications desirable
Detailed Understanding of VOIP
Detailed Understanding of SIP Protocol (Trunk and Line Side)
Detailed Understanding of Network validation tools/ Packet Captures and
debugging
Excellent communication skills
A minimum of 2 years experience in Voice Network Implementation/SupportEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
