This position is responsible for providing technical support to Renown Health System s integrated network.When relative to a project team, the individual would be under the general guidance of the Project Manager.This individual is responsible for providing a centralized contact, quality support, and information solutions for Renown s computer technologies.
Nature and Scope:
This position works directly with the customer base to identify and resolve computer related difficulties.This encompasses the areas of hardware, software, network and education.
The incumbent will be dedicated to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, providing superior customer service through personalized and timely resolution.
The incumbent will gather problem information forming a knowledge base to perform root cause analysis and identify trends and areas of need; thus eliminating recurring problems and making strategic recommendations

Minimum
Qualifications:Requirements - Required and/or Preferred
Education:
Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English. Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or Healthcare field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of three years experience either in the area of customer support, computer development, maintenance or operations, which includes 1 year of experience in customer support techniques and technical documentation with demonstrated problem resolution and analysis experience within an Information Technology setting.Experience in healthcare environment in a financial or clinical setting will be given preference.

Computer / Typing:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook,PowerPoint, Excel and Word andhave the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
