Description: Do you have the experience we are looking for? Atlantis Casino Resort Spa has an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Engineer.
Duties: Duties &
Responsibilities:
Operate, inspect, repair, and maintain all HVAC, VAV systems, mechanical systems, variable frequency drives, electrical, and plumbing equipment for systems, we are expecting maximum efficiency, operating results, and life expectancy of equipment due to your qualifications.
Needs to: Anticipate necessary repairs and keep records of past operating experience.
Perform inspection to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc. Position requires shift work.
Qualifications: Knowledge and
Experience:
Minimum of four (4) years applicable working experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
Strong background in technical aspects of packaged HVAC, plumbing and electrical equipment repair and maintenance, and overall system design and application.
Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., and use ladders up to 30 ft.
EPA Certification for refrigerants is desired.
Experience with building control systems
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
Proficiency in building operations and maintenance of HVAC , electrical, plumbing, fire & safety procedures and preventive maintenance, Competent mechanical skills, Good work ethic and a positive attitudeEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
