We are seeking qualified candidates in Reno, NV and Phoenix, AZ.
Description: This position will be responsible for providing Technical
assistance to our Hosted VoIP PBX customers. The ideal candidate will possess
strong communication skills, a desire to learn, ability to work in a fast paced
environment and enjoy being part of a team. Duties will also include
performing move/add/change requests, provisioning IP phones, training new
clients on our administration and user tools and configuring routers and
switches.
Essential Duties:
Provide assistance to our customers (via inbound call queue and support
ticketing system)
Resolve technical issues associated with end user customers using Mitel
hosted communications products
Provision IP phones
Provision Cisco and Adtran routers and switches
Service assigned customers to meet all of their technical and account
management requirements
Resolve escalated trouble tickets related to voice, network and system
programming issues
Firewall setup and support
Qualifications
A positive customer service attitude and detail oriented.
Possess a good understanding of both telecommunications hardware elements as
well as well software and platform components
A strong and proven desire to learn and work in fast pace agile environments.
Knowledge of troubleshooting proficiency of routers, switches and network
equipment-
Experience in working with TCP/IP, routed/routing protocols, DNS, DHCP, UDP
ports, SIP/VoIP and VoIP PBX
Experience in working with or certifications on Mitel MCD, MICD, MBG, MASS
and vUCC or similar competitive technologies.

years of providing technical support, preferably in a cloud computing or
telephone environment
