MEDICARE COMPLIANCE OFFICERS - TWO POSITIONS
Unique opportunity to be entrusted with building a corporate compliance structure for new Medicare Advantage programs. This established commercial health plan will be diversifying their product offering in both the
nevada
and
texas
markets. Reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors, the MA Compliance Officer for each region will establish the compliance and privacy functions in accordance with all state and federal regulatory requirements and serve as the expert in monitoring, reporting and resolving all compliance and ethics issues related to the MA program. As the compliance authority, you will identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, develop corrective action plans, and provide the leadership to develop structure that will eliminate similar situations in the future. Critical to this role will be instituting and maintaining effective compliance communication organization- wide.
You will be joining an established team at the health plan eager to support the growth of the MA programs. In addition, the health plan will have the financial support of one of the largest healthcare management companies in the U.S. Very competitive compensation/benefits and relocation assistance is available. Ideal candidate will possess min 5
years in MA Compliance in a Sr. Leadership role, the ability to build an MA compliance program, and communicate effectively with CMS.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
