Responsibilities:
As the Practice Administrator, you will be responsible for many tasks to ensure the practice's success. Your primary duties include:
Setting and meeting goals in financial and inventory management, human resources, marketing, client experience, quality of service, and strategic planning. Supervising and managing supporting staff, including hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, evaluating, and separation. Acting as a direct link between practice owners, and support staff, facilitating effective communication. Making decisions regarding hospital policies and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
At least two years of veterinary practice management experience. At least three years of licensed technician experience. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
