Reporting to the Manager of IT, the IT Service Desk Supervisor will be responsible for creating, implementing, and evaluating IT Service Desk policies and procedures as well as acting as an advisor to IT Leadership to analyze trends, equipment needs, software upgrade recommendations, and system reconfigurations.
In addition, the IT Service Desk Supervisor will supervise and mentor Service Desk Staff and work alongside the Manager of IT to provide training to staff and new hires.
Requirements:
Onsite position-this is not a remote position 4 years experience working with Windows Operating Systems Preferred:
ITIL Certification CompTIAA

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
