Generac Clean Energy seeks a well-rounded individual to support our growing team of employees with a variety of facility-related tasks.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, with high energy and a desire to join a fast-paced growth company.
This position is based in Reno, NV, and reports to the Administrative Operations Manager while working with other Clean Energy office locations across north America.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Support the growing Clean Energy team in a myriad of business activities including:
Liaise with external contractors and vendors to support build-out and renovation of new facility Oversee general building cleanliness and liaise with office cleaning services or 3rd party contractors as needed Act as an escalation point for all facilities-related issues Provide facility access to employees and visitors Ensure all EHS procedures are adhered to by all vendors and staff Arrange event logistics for onsite and remote events as needed Stock and track inventory for labs, kitchen, office, and bathrooms from coffee to pens to power supplies Serve as a purchase requisitioner to assist employees with formal purchase order requests Serve as the on-site health and safety contact for the Reno facility Collaborate and align with other Clean Energy locations on safety standards Administration:
Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed Manage onsite meals, events, and employee activities Support the team on diverse projects that keep the office thriving
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED and 2
years' work experience 3
years' experience in facilities management/property management, operations, and/or office administration, human resources, or similar setting Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Direct experience in an early-stage high growth company, manufacturing environment, or facility/lab build-out Strong systems aptitude; ability to understand complex issues and systematically work toward resolution Legendary Customer Service - interacts with others with compassion and patience Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints Diligent follow-through - lets nothing slip between the cracks and conscientiously tracks details Personal Characteristics:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands to manipulate objects or controls.
The employee is regularly required to stand and walk.
On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be working in conditions typical of a manufacturing environment including seasonal variation in temperatures and occasional exposure to manufacturing fumes or by-products as well as a typical office environment including frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision, and ability to adjust focus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
