Responsibilities:
As a Route Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for:
Driving to deliver Packages and boxes to customers' front door.
Utilizing GPS and maps to ensure the most efficient route and timely deliveries.
Following customer instructions for a seamless delivery experience.
Addressing and resolving service complaints with a customer-centric approach.
Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
Safely operate and deliver product within assigned route schedule using hand cart or by hand.
Obey all traffic rules and immediately report accidents or damages, report repair issues immediately.
Demonstrate strong customer relations and problem-solving skills, report customer issues immediately.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Previous delivery experience is a plus.
Availability to work a full-time graveyard schedule Sunday - Saturday.
Willingness to deliver in adverse conditions such as:
rain, cold, darkness, and/or snow.
Possession of a Smartphone for communication and navigation purposes.
