What you will do:
Review client performance and business needs to provide a proactive support in their success.
Assist in client requests and any issues that arise.
Serve as the point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to needs and objectives.
What you bring:
Customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Rep.
Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
