We're seeking a new team member who would work in the role of a Social Media Specialist.
The candidate selected for this position will be primarily responsible for creating and curating content across multiple social media channels for each of the clients you are assigned.
In addition to this, the position of Social Media Specialist is responsible for maintaining communication with the assigned clients, scheduling meetings to consult on audience growth strategies, engagement, and success with the various platforms.
Other duties will include, establish and maintaining the online reputation of our clients, identifying social media trends, and provide daily monitoring/posting/updating services for the client's organization.
This is a full-time remote position.
Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm Primary Responsibilities Include:
Consult 220 Marketing's clientele on strategies to grow their audience, generate more referrals, increase engagement and utilize social media effectively.
Set up, update, and manage social media profiles for 220 Marketing's clientele Create and maintain a visibly professional presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, & Instagram.
Create unique content for each assigned account.
Leverage monitoring tools to provide detailed documentation of trend social media performance.
Provide daily/weekly updates of client account status.
Develop best practices and recommend innovative rules of engagement for social media Development, execute, and analyze social media campaigns on time and within budget Research and develop brand-specific content for social posting in accordance with client mission Ensure all written social media complaints related to client organization are documented, reported, and responded to appropriately Analyze relevant keywords and generate content that incorporates them Write in-depth call to actions with a seamless blend of creative and technical writing skills Methodically build relationships and rapport with social clients through outbound/inbound call efforts Perform other duties as assigned.
