Operations Manager

The Contingent Plan is actively recruiting an operations manager for our client.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapid growth organization that is scaling its US operations.
The position reports to senior leadership and is a great opportunity to have a real impact.
Compensation is competitive and depends on experience.
The role will start as remote, but will move to hybrid in the next 3 - 6 months.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage external vendors including legal, accounting, and consultants.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the US operations including overseeing the HR and risk management.
Collaborate with executive leaders to tackle challenges and provide solutions.
Support the field staff as the link between the strategy and the execution.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage the office and oversee related operational needs.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Master's degrees are always a plus.
Strong communication skills in English with additional language skills a bonus.
3- 5 years experience in operations, office management, finance, or similar.
Prior experience working with geographically dispersed teams and/or rapid growth environments.
Desire to grow with an organization that is building new processes and to take initiative.
Prior experience in energy, construction, and renewables a plus.
But, not required.
Capable of passing applicable background checks.
Ability to work remotely as needed and to attend meetings with international partners as required by business needs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
