00CRT/ RRT needed ASAP for 13 weeksThe Respiratory Specialist is accountable for the assessment, planning, implementation of care, and evaluation of Neonatal, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric patients and families.
They must demonstrate the ability to work with patient's physical, motor/sensory adaptation, cognitive and psychosocial needs specific to the population being served, and meet standards of quality as measured by the Unit/Department age specific competencies.
Neonatal / Pediatric Specialist:
primarily work with high risk newborn/pediatric patients in the Intensive Care Nursery and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
Current Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) by the NBRC is preferred.
Current Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners Respiratory Care Practitioner License - Required, MUST be in hand to submit.
State of Nevada Point of Care Analyst POCA or Blood Gas Technologist license required within 90 days of hireRequired Certifications:
BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP -------- Preferred certifications:
STABLERequired QualificationsCurrent Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) by the NBRC is preferred.
Current Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners Respiratory Care Practitioner License - Required, MUST be in hand to submit.
State of Nevada Point of Care Analyst POCA or Blood Gas Technologist license required within 90 days of hireRequired Certifications:
