We are excited to be hiring a Municipal Civil Engineer in thriving Reno, Nevada.
While applying technical civil engineering knowledge and skills, this engineering position will:
oProvide engineering design and project management services for municipal engineering including water, sewer, public facilities (education, public safety, etc.
) development projects, and other public works infrastructure and municipal services within northern Nevada and the surrounding region.
oParticipate in all phases of project development, design, and construction.
oAnalyze engineering data, interpret plans and specifications, and make sound decisions to solve challenges.
oCollaborate with other engineers, planners and public agencies on projects.
oCollaborate with engineers and planners for reports, design, and construction phase services for various private and public agency projects.
oCoordination and support of projects on multi-disciplinary projects throughout the company.
RequirementsRequired
Qualifications:
oBachelor's degree (B.
S.
) in Civil Engineering.
Certification as Professional Engineer (P.
E.
).
o3
years of qualified experience as a P.
E.
; 7
years of qualified experience is preferred.
oExcellent communication and writing skills.
oWillingness to mentor junior staff.
oProven technical background and skillsetoMunicipal & development engineering background.
Salary Range starts at $90,000-$120,000-negotiable based on experience.
