Marketing Business Partner, Recruitment

Position PurposeThis position is responsible for planning, writing, implementing and evaluating marketing plans that support corporate strategic initiatives.
It works collaboratively with department colleagues, service line administrators and clinical staff to ensure high quality marketing strategies are developed and executed.
The Marketing Business Partner, Recruitment will be responsible for understanding the organization's staffing and recruitment needs.
This role will oversee the job seeker's journey and provide regular reports to stakeholders on lead generation.
The ideal candidate will leverage Renown Health's brand message, brand awareness and reputation management to generate qualified leads from desired audiences and channels.
This candidate should have experience managing recruitment marketing tools, including recruitment channels and lead generation tools.
This position must have the ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends on occasion to participate in after-hours production work, events or focus groups.
Nature and ScopeoPositively interact with departments and organization to develop and implement small to medium scale marketing plans.
oAdheres to system and department compliance policies, and any and all applicable laws and regulations.
oMaintain the highest level of marketing strategy, customer service and satisfaction when working with internal and external colleagues.
oDevelop and write content to serve department objectives that is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, tone of voice and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including offline, online, social media, email, mobile, video, print and in-person.
oWork with team members to maintain the highest level of marketing strategy, customer service and satisfaction.
oDefine, evaluate and develop success metrics for measuring marketing plans.
Compile data, analytics and project milestones to report on success metrics.
oPossess independent judgment and the ability to prioritize and manage workflow and meet deadlines and budget targets, while handling a variety of details and follow through on projects with accuracy and timeliness.

Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising or related field required.
Proven experience in a related position may be exchanged for degree.
Experience:
Minimum three years' experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communications required; one year of healthcare experience preferred.
Experience with creating compelling messages for different target demographics.
Graduate-level education may be exchanged for experience.
License(s):

Certification(s):
Google Analytics Certification preferred.
Computer / Typing:
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
