We're looking for someone with an understanding of basic data governance, DataOps, and/or data management principles and processes for our enterprise data program.
This position is for an individual who is enthusiastic about data with experience creating, documenting, and sharing procedures/best practices across diverse teams.
#LI-Remote HP22Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Enterprise Data Program Manager to design, establish, and monitor data governance / data management proceduresCollaborate with project teams to ensure the proper definition, documentation, and use of data for all projects / initiativesDrive employee engagement through effective communication and training across all divisions / teamsPerform administrative functions for data governance / data management tools that manage and monitor data qualityJob Requirements2
year of experience in data governance , administration, or usage (such as in a BI/Analytics team)Understanding of data governance and management tools/processes and the associated need across functionsUnderstanding of information management practices including data lifecycle management, data profiling, master data management, and carrying out business audits/requirements gatheringWorking knowledge of data quality improvement programs, data mapping/migration, data profiling, and data management approachesFamiliarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other similar consumer data regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsHighest level of integrity in dealing with confidential and sensitive informationFlexible and able to adapt to changing prioritiesPreferredKnowledge of Insurance industry, with preference for workers' compensationData visualization experience and skillsWork Environment Remote:

$75,000 - $92,000
