As a Leasing Professional you will be the primary point of contact for residents and prospective residents.
Objectives -Lease apartments to potential residents.
-Accurately complete leasing signings, work orders and other general -documentation.
-Organize and file all paperwork.
-Participate with ongoing resident retention.
-Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing the property and improving resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong sales ability.
Organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
