Position Overview ITS is looking for a creative mind that has innovative ways to attract candidates' interest and build rapport.
This position will provide tactical and strategic recruiting support and will have a competitive drive toward meeting targeted goals.
This position will participate in the full cycle recruiting process while working with a collaborative and supportive team.
We want a team member who can integrate ITS Logistics brand strategy, culture, and vision into all recruitment activities and platforms.
Position Requirements The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of recruitment experience and have a strong background in social media and other online resources that attract talent.
Must be comfortable with technology and can provide operational and process excellence.
BA or BS degree is preferred.
