We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join us! You will oversee the growth of our branch, assist in hiring your support recruiters, and then off to the races to add new business!
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily sales operations Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting Establish sales goals and metrics Interact with your clients to insure they are getting what they need Resolve escalated customer complaints Create a positive and fun work environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Excellent written and communication skills Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software Job Type:
