5K a year The Data Analyst serves as the lead in preparing clinical data for UDS reporting to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, along with applicable accrediting bodies and to investigate potential errors in data.
Responsible for organizing and analyzing data from multiple sources, including clinical, financial, patient experience, and operational such as claims, encounters, and other clinical metrics.

Sensitivity to and willingness to interact with persons of various social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds Experience initiating and driving projects to timely completion Ability to quickly learn and apply new software tools Key Responsibilities and Duties Create visualizations and dashboards that display meaningful and actionable performance indicators Provides reports as required by any public or private alternative payment model Serve as internal subject matter expert for the Bridge-IT reporting tool.
Analyzes data and collaborates with QI staff to synthesize results Creates customized reports, as needed, to support ongoing and project-based quality activities Under direction of the QI/Compliance Director, provide support to the Data Governance Committee Participates in process improvement activities, as relevant to position Develops data measurement tools for process improvement activities Prioritize requests and effectively communicate appropriate delivery expectations.
Explain technical subject matter to a non-technical audience Provide direction and coaching to end users on how to use and interpret metrics.
Translate data and trends into stories to support business and clinical decisions Audit data integrity, investigate concerns, and establish processes to streamline and improve data quality Collaborate with EHR specialist and appropriate leadership to ensure EHR workflows adequately collect data required for reporting purposes and quality improvement strategies Participates in patient experience data gathering, as needed Maintains work plan of reports and produces regular periodic (monthly, quarterly, and annual) reports as well as ad-hoc reports Writes queries to integrate, extract and manipulate data from disparate internal and external data sources Develops expertise in HIT reporting and external benchmarks Collaborates with relevant CHA staff to maximize Meaningful Use participation Supports those doing grant reporting by developing quality financial and clinical data reports Participates with Data Governance and QI team(s) focused on optimization and data quality; this may include audits of data or systems to look for defects and incomplete data and works with staff to develop path for remediation Audits validity of data in the system through running other reports, checking against trends, and other specified mechanisms Education:
Bachelor's Degree in math, science, medical or public health-related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum one year experience with use of software such as Crystal Reports, MS Access, SQL programming, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or other relational database and presentation tools 2-3 years of experience using an electronic health record system preferred.
Minimum one-year experience working within a healthcare setting or with clinical processes.
Experience with an FQHC preferred, but not required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
