Solar Sales Closers are responsible for traveling to scheduled appointments to inform prospects about the benefits of renewable energy solutions.

Description $125,000 to $250,000 Solar Sales Closers travel to scheduled solar consultations, educate clients, and close the sale.
Attend 2-3 weekly sales trainings.
Attend 3 weekly company-wide webinars focused on personal development and peak performance.
Compete in office and company-wide competitions.

A 5-day all-inclusive experience somewhere tropical Responsibilities Manage an organized calendar and attend scheduled appointments set by Encor Solar.
Represent Encor Solar professionally by becoming an expert on solar energy and through providing excellent customer service.
Qualify and close homeowners that meet the appropriate criteria Meet individual and team sales goals.
Expectations and Critical Skill Sets Self-motivated, competitive, problem solver, and competent in overcoming objections.
Proven track record of field sales experience.
Must be outcome-oriented.
Previous sales work experience of hitting or exceeding targets and examples of providing excellent customer service will be key indicators of success.
80% local travel.
Operate outside of an office environment but within your assigned sales area.
Must be able to meet with clients at times that work best with their schedules.
Accommodating evening and Saturday appointments will be required.
Strong communicator with excellent language skills.
Able to write/type routine correspondence, understand, and interpret documents.
Able to handle mature conversations with customers, vendors, and other employees in a respectful format.
Must have access to a vehicle and smartphone at all times.
Education and/or
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
3 years of sales experience (solar or smarthome experience preferred).
