This is an entry-level position.
Thus, prior experience in the legal field is not required.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and visitors as they arrive at the office Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail Case/client data entry Maintaining the waiting area and front lobby Collecting and routing mail and hand-delivered packages Performing clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, and shredding Ordering supplies Preferred skills:
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Works well independently and in a collaborative environment Detail-oriented and organized Multi-tasking and time-management Compensation depends on experience.
A bilingual receptionist is preferred but not required.
