As a full-time position, this individual will play a critical role in organizing our Marketing Department tasks, editing marketing content and collaborating with our CEO.

Responsibilities:
Assisting the CEO with content creation, editing and collaboration for the DermaplanePro education platform Designing and editing presentations and courses in Canva, powerpoint and Kajabi LMS so that the material is easy to read, engaging and informative for the learner Assisting with brand partner collaborations - scheduling, project management and webinar materials Keeping all trade show and event presentations up to date and edit as needed New product launches - task management and marketing ideas New product development Community engagement on dermaplanepro.
org and responding to member comments/questions Stay up to date on industry trends Creating social content for DermaplanePro educators to schedule and post on their professional pages Facilitate our new Star Provider Program - Video submissions for a chance to be featured on social media along with their photo, social links, location and contact to book appointments Monitor links and accuracy of our Find A Provider page Content creation geared toward educating the consumer on dermaplaning services Skills needed for this position:
Quick and efficient learning of computer systems Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideas, provide feedback, and maintain relationships with peers and management Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Requirements:
Knowledge of powerpoint, keynote or equivalent software Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets, or equivalent software, to facilitate remote collaboration and communication Canva or Adobe a plus! Experience in the skincare industry preferred Basic design skills for putting together presentations Knowledge of social media - instagram, facebook and tik tok instagram:
