We are expanding and we are looking for energetic Practice Managers to join our team! Pay:
$47,000.
00 - $65,000.
00 base salary per year based on experience PLUS weekly and monthly bonus! We are offering a $1000 sign on bonus or relocation assistance for full time managers!

Evaluate and review office production and procedures to develop new ways to improve efficiency.
Develop and recommend programs to improve office operations, patient retention and profitability.
Maintain advanced knowledge of software systems to compile, store and retrieve data from managerial reporting.
Determine and maintain efficient staffing levels.
Recruitment, retention and termination of staff.
Work with HR to assess, investigate and resolve employee issues.
Complete and submit employee records to HR, payroll and other appropriate departments.
Facilitate purchase of dental equipment, tools and supplies.
Maintain an office environment that ensures optimal patient care and customer service.
Maintain collaborative working relationships within the organization to achieve goals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant state dental laws.
Ensure a safe work environment by complying with all local, state and federal health and safety regulations and laws.
Qualifications:
Must have at least (1) One Year Dental Management Experience Must be available to work weekends if needed Must have amazing customer service skills Bilingual a plus Must pass background and drug test Job type:
Full-time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
