We are hiring a creative, self-motivated individual in a new position as our Marketing Coordinator.
The Marketing Coordinator will oversee a wide range of marketing and tenant appreciation tasks, including email marketing, social media posting, website updating, Company promotions, tenant/prospect surveys.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, be goal oriented, have strong attention-to-detail, and strong organizational and time management skills.
This position is flexible to be either part-time or full-time and can be molded to meet the schedule of the ideal candidate (with ownership approval).
Responsibilities:
Marketing of our communities through websites, online advertising centers, social media channels.
Help create and maintain consistent branding throughout our communities that reflect the values of The Apartment Company.
Implement advertising campaigns.
Regularly update online pictures, apartment availability, and pricing promotions.
Track and report lead sources and marketing campaigns.
Audit, track, and report on guest cards.
Directly communicate with tenants regarding Company initiatives.
Conduct occasional surveys of potential, existing, and previous tenants.
Plan and coordinate regular tenant appreciation events from BBQ's and Fun Days to monthly morning coffee and donuts at the first of the month.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Self-starter who has strong time management, organizational, and creative skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-orientated.
Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in posting and using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other online social media platforms.
Willing to learn industry specific property management software as needed.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Knowledge of Wordpress, Mailchimp, Adwords, and Google Analytics a plus.
Prior experience in the Multifamily industry is also a plus, but not required.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to see, talk, and hear.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Frequent use of hands.
Must be able to reach with hands and arms.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
