Position Overview:
Eaton is looking for a part-time digitalization intern to supporting digitalizing plant operations processes by collaborating and developing systems and applications that transfer/automate current manufacturing processes.
Additional responsibilities include utilization of industry 4.
0 technologies such as Microsoft HoloLens to create training modules for employees, creating digital dashboards for plant metrics.
In this function you will:
Create and deploy digital performance tracking system for manufacturing processes using Microsoft.
NET and Database platforms Create dashboard and reports to aggregate performance data to drive process improvements using a combination of Microsoft PowerBI, PowerApps and Excel applications Work with advanced manufacturing technologies (Industry 4.
0) to assist employees and drive operation efficiency and standardization Other various duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required (Basic)
Qualifications:
Completed or enrolled in an associate degree within a STEM discipline (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics).

months of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

months of experience with SQL query, PowerBI dashboard creation, Visual Basic or C# programming.
Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Reno, NV will be considered.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Completed or enrolled in a bachelor's degree within a STEM discipline (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics).
