Responsibilities:
The Production Supervisor is a job where ATTENTION TO DETAIL is a must.
Effective communication with team members This position reports to the VP of Operations.
Job Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to.
Supervise up to 5 Production Team Leads Set fixed goals and monitor progress to meet production goals Clearly communicate goals and schedules to Team Leads Evaluate each process to ensure maximum efficiency (Note:
this is where creativity plays a significant role) Keep production teams on track for meeting or exceeding their production goals Work with Purchasing/Inventory Lead to evaluate current supplies and inbound supplies to effectively coordinate and complete projects as scheduled Allocate team members to specific tasks based on skill level Lead with integrity and bring out the best in each team member Qualifications include:
Organizational skills Competency in Microsoft Office 1-3 years leadership experience Experience in manufacturing/assembly Forklift operation abilities
