Responsibilities of the Reporting Analyst position Serve as a liaison between the reporting & analytics team and leadership team to understand departmental reporting needs.
Improve, optimize, format, and build automated process for pre-existing reports in Microsoft Excel, CSV formats and build an automated process Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics for us to kick them out into some different formats Gather requirements of reporting data and manipulate into insightful performance reports Provide recommendations to the business by interpreting disparate data and translating ad hoc requests to consistently deliver relevant and impactful results.
Ensure quality control over data, analyses and metrics.
Identify flaws and errors in the data and any upstream data issues.
Requirements of the Reporting Analyst position Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, business background preferred Skilled with Power BI and MS Dynamics for report building through those platforms.
Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Excel, Access along with Office suite.
Experience with CSV file formatting.
Critical thinker - the ability to determine the best way to structure data, measure and display performance metrics Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting data-heavy information in clear and concise manner to all levels of the organization Updated resume is required for consideration.
