POSITION PURPOSE:
The Day Shift Production Assembler is responsible for assembling products and other tasks as given by management.
Additionally, this position interacts with other departments to ensure the goals of the organization are met.
This job is day shift:
5:
00 AM to 1:
30 PM.
Some flexibility can be given regarding start time.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assemble all inventory and FG units per established assembly procedures.
Meet performance standards set by management.
Ensure all quality standards are met.
Report quality issues to management.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Working in a warehouse environment; standing for extended periods of time, and operating warehouse machinery.
Environmental conditions range from 50 to 90 degree temperatures.
Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing and reaching.
Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 50 pounds.
