Sr, Business Operations Program Manager

s a Sr. Business Operations Program Manager in NetApp's Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure and OEM Solutions organization, you will be responsible for providing complex information and analysis in support of each of our key business areas impacting NetApp's top line growth and success of the business unit. You will help coordinate the annual budgetary planning and monthly reporting activities across the team and providing management rollup to the BU leadership team. Additionally, this role is responsible for partnering with our finance leader to forecast and track actual expenses ensuring we stay within budget and fully utilize our available funding in accordance with our plan. Outside of the business operations role this position will manage and drive strategic programs for the organization. This is a challenging position with the opportunity to work collaboratively with professionals across multiple teams from both NetApp and our technology partners (product management, sales, marketing, support, and engineering). As a senior program manager working with cross-functional teams, you will need good collaboration, communication, and time management skills to understand business requirements and deliver the necessary outcomes in a timely manner. You will possess the desire to win and lead important initiatives for NetApp and be comfortable working across all levels of the company. Job Requirements Sr. Business Operations Program Manager will report to the VP of Program Management and is responsible with assisting in the development and delivery of data analysis and reporting in support of management reporting and ongoing business operations on behalf of the team. Specific responsibilities of the position include:
o Create, coordinate and rollup annual budgetary planning submissions. o Coordinate and manage internal and cross functional business reviews each month; and assist with executive rollup to BU leadership. o Define, plan and lead strategic programs across cross functional teams internally and with our technology partners. o Support new solution and sales initiatives through the project lifecycle. o Consult with peer groups to ensure reports are aligned to the latest corporate reporting best practices and upgrade plans. Education o A Bachelor Degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field. o 5-7 years of experience with program management and business operations reporting. o Experience creating, modifying, and interpreting business results. o Ability to synthesis business results into clear and accurate reporting for rollup to BU leadership.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Business Project Management, Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
