If you are ready to playCome join us and let's make games! Position Summary The successful candidate will be working on our Platform Services, Game Development Kit, and backend systems. This person will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and integrating new and legacy software products and systems. You will be expected to provide mentoring and support for other engineers, and to work alongside others to create innovative products that best prepare the company to meet future business goals. A desire to learn, expand and share your knowledge is crucial. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
o Utilize technical knowledge to write and complete software tasks and projects o Research new technologies and incorporate them into new systems and products o Initiate projects and assume a leadership role in collaboration o Test, integrate, write, troubleshoot, and debug software applications o Responsible for the architecture and implementation of critical software components; use company standards and applies design principals and patterns to develop robust software o Work closely with other engineers to provide guidance and assistance in the areas of software architecture, coding standards, and system related issues o Act as a liaison with customers to review technical designs and fixes o Serve as technical lead for proof of concept/pilot projects to research how specific technologies can be incorporated o Run technical architecture and design reviews and technical signoff at both elaboration and construction phases of project o Write Architecture and Technical design documents o Improve products and supports company objectives by managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of applications system Training and/or
Experience:
o Ten or more years of professional experience in a software development team o Ten or more years of experience with C or C+
o Ten or more years of experience with build automation, continuous integration, unit test, change management and configuration management o Ten or more years of experience with software methodologies Education:
o Bachelor's degree required, preferably BSEE, BSCE, BSEET, or BSCS or equivalent experience o Master's degree preferred
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
